      There are some incredible people who work here, but current management and resourcing have been difficult. Excellent vacation and decent healthcare and dental

      Cons

      Currently undergoing rapid and difficult transitions impacting project teams. Lots of turnover and stress. Resourcing inadequate. Promotions are rare

      good CRA 1 program, but monitoring is lacking data quality

      Pros

      Good start as a CRA. Syneos has a good CRA 1 training program.

      Cons

      Too metric driven so much so that quality in monitoring was going downhill. There needs to be a referendum and redirection within their clinical research group so that all CRAs are properly trained to adequately monitor their clinical studies. Also, Syneos use to offer good perks as a CRA, but no longer offer airline club membership as of 2021.

      Unlimited PTO, autonomy to do job, flexibility, good training

      Cons

      Constant turnover so workloads are always high, lack of accountability with ops and finance teams, constant changes to processes makes it hard to find consistency in work.
