awesome work environment perfect work/life balance unlimited PTO competitive pay the best contracts with large companies

Cons

Some Syneos contracts involve companies who want you to have a certain level of experience (oncology, rare disease, HIV, etc) to be considered for an interview. Most clients should be willing to train especially if the rep is senior level with a proven track record of success and awards or maybe that client shouldn't sign on with a contract company. How else does someone get that experience? Makes no sense.

Great communication and relationships with partnerships. If your contract ends, the recruiters do everything they can to help you get on another contract within Syneos.

Cons

Contract so not permanent employment. However, the companies they work with are reputable and give you good experience.
