Pros
None really, unless you enjoy coasting and don't care about growth or pay.
Cons
They will move you around every year, with no growth potential in the horizon. They will lie to you about having 'growth opportunities' in the new team but thats just a way to move you laterally and not vertically without any promotions or raises. Coming from someone who this has happened to not once but thrice, this place is a total scam. They just want to get work done from you but really don't care about you. I have had 5 managers here and only 1 who was fired was ever any good. Don't work here and save yourself some mental health.
