Business Outlook
Pros
Syneos is a great place to get into pharma and medical sales. Pay and the benefits are good and their unlimited PTO is another bonus. Hitting sales goals on the right contract can pay a lot, but it just depends which one you’re on. The people all are nice to work with too.
Cons
You don’t make as much as direct hire positions, which makes sense. Also, the biggest drawback is contracts getting cut. Sometimes there isn’t much in a given territory for a while so if you want to stay with syneos you just have to wait without pay.
