      Great company but not for all

      Pros

      Balanced workload but not the case for everyone. I drew the better end of the stick. Not sure if there’s career growth here but we will see.

      Cons

      Seems to be quiet layoffs. New CEO since Q4 of 2023 but he’s been radio silent.

      This company is all about the bottom line at the expense of it's employees. We had a great team with good bosses and then they moved us under another group, all of our leaders left, and the team became unrecognizable.

      They accept 7 years of loyalty (don’t expect in return)

      Cons

      HR thrives on open ended questions while telling you what happened.., not asking. Threatening to open investigations and not giving a reason why there’s an investigation. Requiring you to do work duties after your final resignation day and not paying you for your time….. I can continue
