Pay is very good. Benefits are OK. Seems to be well managed. Employee resource groups are very helpful. The software development teams could be a lot more agile but are composed of extremely intelligent, pleasant and experienced people.

Cons

Lousy IT department. They take months to fix many things and most things have to be escalated.
