Fantastic place to learn and grow

Pros

Synergisticit has very good traniners and marketing team.They provide endless hours of training. Its hard to find a very good trainer in these days.They would clarify your doubts "n" number of times. The marketing manager is really good at it. We have presentations evey day single day till we get it right and they support you after your project.

Cons

Sometimes the training is a little slow. During maketing we are submitted to "n" number of client and at one point it gets really hard for us to take so many interviews in one day.

Pros

Good recruiters. Excellent Java training. They have bi-monthly skill assement test for all the candidates.They pay for it. They focus more on coding. Good network of clients. On time payment. Excellent marketing manager. Decent guest house. On the job support was provided to me.

Cons

Long hours of training. Calls lined for the whole day, no breaks. Sometimes we dont even have time for lunch.

Cons

They should improve the structure of their training, but I would not complain anything. They are still good. Typicall consulting frim.
