-flexible hours/schedule -efficient teams -good communication -good benefits

Cons

getting a raise and/or bonus seems like an uphill battle , even when you've proved to be an asset to the company and have been acknowledged for it, they require you to accumulate "points" each year to validate your pay or bonus. If you ask for a review, they gaslight you

- Team composition is constantly changing - Variable pacing and can be extremely slow - Onboarding is difficult due to lack of resources
