      Pros

      Synergy is a small company but what a great place to work! I have worked in mid size to larger companies but this company is absolutely one of the best when it comes to treating their employees! If you are looking for a place where employees are individuals and not numbers, this is definitely it! Teamwork and communication is what defines this company!

      Pros

      Synergy is of a rare breed of companies that treat its employees as people, not numbers. They want you to grow with the company, want to earn your loyalty, are invested in making sure you are as successful as you can be in your position.

      Cons

      Slightly on the conservative side, which, I suppose, is not a con for some people, more a preference.

      Not anymore. Used to be happy to come to work.
