Pros
1. Job Safety is there. 2.When there will be no measure difference in salary they will give you promotions very fast even though you haven't worked that much.
Cons
1. Even though working hard, they are not appreciating and not giving proper Promotion 2. My designation is Backend Developer but I worked as Fullstack Devloper but they are not changing your designation despite you do a good work. 3. Sometimes few people treat lower employees as there slaves. 4. They only ask for suggestions but not working on that.
