      Pros

      Collaborative environment, good work life balance, benefits are great. Very transparent company with a focus on accountability, ethics and safety.

      Cons

      The large size has made it complex to navigate, often times decision owners aren't clear so work can take longer than it should as decisions are either delayed or re-work is needed due to a missing stakeholder.

      work culture is good and the its mnc so not that much pressure or deadlinetime issues

      Despite working here for nearly 1.6 years, the company has not offered full-time roles to us. This is not just my experience—it's the same for almost all students. Typically, we are hired as interns for six months, after which our internships are extended repeatedly with reasons such as "budget constraints" or a "hiring freeze." Unfortunately, this pattern has affected everyone in the student group, not just me.
