      Pros

      Company was great earlier, but digital transformation is killing it.

      Cons

      Company leaders have no clue how to run it. Instead of hiring external skilled leaders in IT/ AI they have 'usual favourites' who have been there for 20-30 years to lead these streams.

      Dynamic, caring and inclusive company. Work in an environment of trust. Lots of opportunities to take on responsibility and be proactive. Lead or participate in projects. Rich multi-cutural, international, matrix environment. A company focused on performance and innovation.

      Cons

      The lack of budget for the function sometimes restricts initiatives. Like all big companies, frequent redundancy plans.
