I enjoyed working with NK people—knowledgeable, dedicated, hardworking, fair & civil. I can't recall anyone ever badmouthing another or saying a disparaging one about anyone.

Cons

I can't thing of one, except for what's common in today's workforce at most companies: one person doing the work of two.

Operating a global business with centralised functions leads to slow decision making and sometimes no decisions. Currently future is uncertain due to mergers in the indusry.
