      Pros

      Worldwide my best opinian Pesticides division Syngenta products. Reason for First Quality is best & Technology is different. Worldwide biggest research factory, Best technology research engineers.

      Cons

      Not important Field staffs & his salary package problems. Syngenta Teamlease contract staff salary very delay compared other MNC company Teamlease staffs. Not ESI option, Insurance & family medical claiming. But other MNC companies present this all fesilities their field staff workers. Experience non agri field staffs not a appointed high posting & very low increase salary.
