      Managers who don't belong in management position but rather in the science field they studied in. Poor leadership and lack of equal treatment of employees.

      Pros

      No micro management, easy to network, same level peers were excellent caliber recruits. Company takes seriously who it hires. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Overstaffed in 2010-2012 - difficult to differentiate as many worked on the same projects. Too much value placed on communications staff and not enough on other roles that drive business and contibute to profitabiity. Lot's of smokescreen created with branding.
