      Pros

      Results-driven, great reputation in the industry from growers to retailers. A fun place to work and built long-term relationships. Excellent product and solutions offering in crop protection and seed treatment, T&O.

      Cons

      Too many re-organizations, and shifts in strategy. Missed opportunities to take leadership positions on various critical industry issues compared to leading Big 6 ag competitors.

      Downward Spiral - Can't seem to move upward

      Pros

      Syngenta used to be a great company. Unfortunately, it cannot decide on a direction and morale is decreasing quickly.

      Cons

      With too much disorganized change, morale is extremely negative. Colleagues are taking frustration and anger out on one another and management has lost all control of their people.
