      Visionary company with a strong focus in marketing and innovation. Provides excellent opportunities for professional development. Highly ethical in it's relationship with employees, suppliers and clients.

      Cons

      Heavy workload, sometimes making it difficult to find the balance between professional and personal life.

      Pros

      The people are great, dedicated and very hard working. Due to the constant change it is hardly ever boring.

      Cons

      Too much change. Syngenta can't seem to find it's feet. The company relies too much on an outsourcing model. It expects employees to do both project work as well as their day jobs. The pay is OK, some managers are better than others (like at many other companies). I would be very cautious recommending this company to a friend.
