      Good people to work with Will pay I at par with market

      Cons

      Syngenta India- poor leadership at top level , integrity issues , confused organization , they don't know where they are going. Most of the good people have moved on . Pathetic sales organization ... MD runs most of the functions , old man with no vision . Has taken company down culturally

      Pros

      Strengthened leadership team and getting the right strategies in place to get stronger in CP and start to gain in seeds after long decline. Back to focus on customers and wining in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Still a lot of remnants of the lack of focus and bureaucracy that needs to be cleaned up. Still too many committees and layers and people in non critical roles.
