A lot of learning opportunities, good work-life balance, some good benefits

Cons

understaffed and fast changing environment salary lower than competitors such as Bayer and BASF in the same area they canceled the pension plan in 2009

Pros

Company does provide excellent benefits and salaries are excellent.

Cons

Way too much outsourcing/offshoring. Stockprice and Shareholder approval more important than employees. Long term job stability is in question, especially in the IT area. Employees are seen as costs by the company rather than as assets and resources.

I suffered a terrible manager who was more interested in his secretary and pub lunches than achieving team goals.
