      Pros

      Great people, Great job if you like working weird hours/ random hours. Good benifits.

      Cons

      Hours for work change throughout the year never can make plans too far ahead because you never know if youll have to work. 3 months out of the year it is impossible to get off of vacation

      Excellent Colleagues Management and staff come across as generally passion and believe in the importance and impact of their work of "feeding the world" Open and Collaborative culture

      Cons

      Difficult for progression for mid-level management. Lack of transparency. More dependent on your network and connections. Need to focus on helping the countries to do their jobs rather than meeting the needs of global stakeholders.
