I had left a stable position at another company where I was highly valued, and the work environment was excellent. At first, my transition into this company seemed fine, but over time, my direct manager—who was not a specialist in any software-related field and had no formal background in software development—began to display unprofessional and overly aggressive behavior. His attitude seemed aimed at pushing me to leave the company rather than fostering a constructive work environment. Additionally, the company is currently undergoing a restructuring process, which has led to numerous layoffs and financial performance below expectations. I have also seen similar concerns mentioned in other reviews. This company, as a whole, has strong fundamentals and solid benefits. However, the management quality varies greatly depending on the department and, more importantly, the manager you end up working under. Poor management can make or break your experience here, and in some cases, certain individuals may lack the necessary skills to effectively lead a team.
