I have been working as Software Engineer for the good number of years (I know you would question me why do i still work here after so long !! I don't know ..its such bad place for me to be but ) . Compensation--Per year I receive the hike of 7/8/9% so total hike on my CTC is to be 2200 per month coz company graph is ultimately going down. So total hike I get is 2200 or so and Company transport is not free so charges are now increased to 10% higher and I pay my professional tax and PF gets added so ultimately I received 2200/month =Tranport - PF-Professional Tax so what does employee get working for one whole year? you get nothing!. 4. We all cross Silk board& Tin factory and struggle in traffic every day. I spend almost close to 3.5 hours in a day. I was a kind of relaxed when we had work from home option and now its removed from policy so the employee would struggle in the traffic jam all day coz company don't trust your employee. 5.No onsite opportunity for Indian employee because there is no budget but the company still makes the budget for American to visit India and do nothing. 6. People need to be trained in communication skills -- I am still not sure what does Trainer from Bangalore does. I would rate communicate skills of employee - 1/10. You will also forget English while you talk to them. 7. Often lay off -- They layoff people and again hire new people 8 Hire young and energetic people to the company.Let outdated people go out. We don't find any young people. 9.Still old technology and no much of new project. 10.Every 4 months you get new CEO and he does something and that fails and again someone new comes again same !!! Suggestion- You must re-think before being part of this company .
