Pros
Great company to work for. Lot of projects in different product domains Good flexibility of working hours Above average compensation to begin with Decent benefits Awarded stocks worth quite a bit since the company is doing well.
Cons
Asked me to relocate to be able to work with the team but everyone from the team is remote. Yearly hike was minimal but maybe it was because I’m new ? Bonus was below average but was it because I was new ? Working from office may be mandated by your manager especially if you are new but you might find yourself alone at office.
