      Pros

      A lot of development work goes on here, so its a very nice place to learn your trade. Team sizes are not huge, so everyone gets to do some good work.

      Cons

      Its a company with low attrition due to balanced work loads and such, but keeping this in mind, the company pays lesser than others.
