      Paradise for people in the higher management, but freshers get stagnant.

      Pros

      1) Very low work pressure and expectation from management. 2) Very flexible work timings. 3) Comparatively pays better compared to other software firms for freshers.

      Cons

      1) Repetitive work and no encouragement to innovate. 2) Not many opportunities to travel onsite. 3) No sense of unity amongst employees.

      Pros

      Smart all all technical people, colleagues are helpful, strong management, good company culture.

      Cons

      Salary level has been frozen for too long. For a company that has many office locations around the world, this is not fair for many of these locations, including major RnD locations. Smart people who have higher aims and work diligently to demo their values are disappointed, and are leaving. I am definitely going to leave by mid of next year. And I am talking about people working at this company for at least 5 or 6 years who have significant contributions.
