      Pros

      Work life balance. Benefits. That’s it.

      Cons

      Low salary, and yet they see nothing wrong with it. Absolutely no growth potential. The company is so top heavy there is no room for advancement. Managers have been there for decades they don’t care about new ideas coming in. Culture is dull and boring. Interns and new grads stay away, you will seriously kill your career coming here. The processes are so inefficient.

      I don't see anything good about this group. Company wise should be much better.

      Cons

      1. Employees are expected to work 24x7. No work-life balance AT ALL. Literally no life at all. Don't come to Embedded Memory Group if you want a life. 2. No reasonable plans for any project. Plans change everyday. They will send you a plan on Sunday night which deadlines for all items are Monday. 3. Meeting all the time. After all the meetings during the daytime, you are expected to finish all your work at night. If luckily you don't have a meeting at night also, which including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 4. Instead of becoming a good circuit design engineer, you have more chances of becoming a good excel sheet maker. 5. Don't make any plan during workdays because everyday you will have a surprise.
