Worst Management I've seen in the industry 1. no strategy or vision for next generation products; only short term revenue matters 2. no career growth or development; forget about getting a promotion, haven't had a raise since I started 3. Nepotism: they like to hire relatives 3. insanely siloed business environment; adjacent groups do not talk to one another nor do they cooperate - One Synopsys is a joke! 4. if you think you'll have an opportunity to get trained up on the latest CAD tools, think again. There are very limited training opportunities for employees and what does exist is pretty superficial and hence useless.

Product's source code is messed up IMO - they chose a wrong language (Python) for the product that is supposed to have high performance. Now they are struggling with performance issues. Computer code is poorly organized, not modular, doesn't have high performance, at least in my project. It is quite difficult to work with. They don't care about coding culture. Attention is sharply focused on sales and revenues. If you are used to nicely organized projects (in terms of tech) - you will struggle.
