Idea stealers. Appears to care to extract smart ideas and then dump you without explanation. Silence. No place for genuine innovation. Playing games with lives. Dirty politics. Personal agendas galore Matrix manager is NOT your manager. You are their to do his leftover work, that no direct reportee cares to do. Stagnated hierarchy. Qualifications, skills and talent do not matter. Get in the good books of your direct management hierarchy if you care to have a shot at promotions.
