      Sound technical work, brilliant colleagues and flexible work place. Certainly, the best EDA company to work with.

      HR policies can be better. Unpredictable growth opportunities.

      Nice and talented people to work with. Good work-life balance. Job security is good because of it's dominant position in the market.

      Cons

      EDA itself is kind of a niche market. Not much good opportunities for career advancement.

      Interesting work, high quality of people and good working environment. Provide good work-life balanced and flexible work environment. Ability to work in different geographies.

      Cons

      It is not easy to change position or to grow at the company. The marketing and the business units are separate, and the cooperation between the two groups is not always perfect.
