      Synoptek is a fast growing company (tripled in size over last 5 years) but it still functions more like a small company with less bureaucracy, faster decision making. If you want to be exposed to an infinite breadth of technology then Synoptek is the company for you!

      Process integration can be a bit chaotic as the company continues to expand and invest in new business lines.
