      Improvements happen!

      Pros

      The company has had some negative reviews, rightfully so. However, those responsible for causing the negative review, are no longer here. They have since offered paid bonuses for documentation to catch up, a certification program to earn up to $5k yearly for completing certs, and opportunities are here for training, where they were not before. Aside from that, the dress code is more on the side of casual of business casual. If that isn't enough, we have regular Nerf wars, with the opportunity of shooting down the drones flown by the sales guys, as well as two types of beer on tap. Where else could this happen?

      Good Benefits Decent compensation, although salaries vary wildly between employees in the same positions

      The company is in a constant state of chaos. There are multiple monitoring systems, password and information depositories, ticketing systems, etc. due to many company acquisitions that are never integrated. Trying to find even the most basic information to provide customer support can be a challenge. There is almost no communication between management and employees. Management does not follow through with any initiatives, abandoning most within a couple weeks. There is no focus in the company, including customer focus The only goal seems to be growing the customer base through acquisition and never worrying about providing support for those customers..

      Nice people to work with, for the most part. Very unorganized company, would not recommend to potential clients or employees.

      Employees constantly bad mouth the company, lack of communication, company has direction but does not let employees know whats going on
