1) Notice period : In offer letter you will get 30 days after that they will increased to 30 days into 3 months. If you are not sign they will forcing to sign otherwise you would be fired based on performance 2) Dress code : white shirt. Oh man. Feel likes marketing person and clean shaving 3) Saturday and Sunday working days. 4) Outdated Technology 5) No career's growth 6) No work/life balance

Great people they will help you to grow, employees are great they will help you both technically and functional. Banking domain Now little bit good development are there.such a super product you can learn everything about banking

Worst management they will not consider the employee as employee they will treat you very badly.you have to work day and night unbalanced shifts.old technology.bad yearly increment. worst culture have to wear white shirt and tie.they won't give you an official mail id to communicate ur reporting manager and leads.
