      flexible, some cool people around

      Cons

      Unless you're the top dog, you peasants will starve: no shiny bonus (that new house you wanted? pfft good luck sis) no salary increase (that BMW you've been eyeing? in your dreams pal) no job security (you'll be fired whenever they feel like, it's all about costs) no advancement (stay a pathetic associate for the rest of your measly life) Benefits? Preface it with a "no" and u get ur answer
