Pros

Great opportunity for those new to trucking. Great pay.

Cons

Trucks are poorly serviced. Warehouse is not is not cracked down on when loading improperly, meaning you may have to climb all over the truck when making deliveries.

Pros

Great Pay, Union Benefits, other Perks such as discounts.

Cons

Doesn't fix anything unless forced to including their trucks & trailers to meet DOT Compliance. Trucks don't have proper paperwork in date or at all in some cases. Supervisor asks you to sign off on repair concerns even when not fixed. Shop signs off on repair concerns & doesn't fix. This is just a small list.
