Sysco Response

Thanks for sharing your feedback about what it’s like to be a member of the Sysco team for more than 3 years. We strive for excellence as we help our customers succeed. Keep up the good work!
The company is working to lead the industry in food safety, huge step putting Food Safety Managers in each facility. Competitive pay and great benefits. Sysco is leading the way to get all facilities GFSI certified, awesome strides.
Cons
Not a lot of support from the facility staff to conform, so this is a tough position to be in; they struggle adapting to new policies and procedures. Also, management has five days sick time a year; since when does management have to have sick days? Ridiculous.
