      Syscos got alot of money for you

      Pros

      Really good pay, incentives for more pay. Lots of opportunities for overtime everyday

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't there. During peak season everyone expected to work 6 days straight only Saturday off. 12 plus hour days during night shift. Hope you enjoy sleeping all day.

      Fast paced environment, solo work if you're into keeping your head down and just focusing on your performance

      Cons

      Next to no real training, pretty much thrown to the wolves for you to figure it out on your own.
