The management are constantly putting excessive pressure on employees along with threats if their expectations are not met in an unprofessional manner, if you have a week with poorer performance you will be working in colder sections of the warehouse not get as many hours etc. Lack of professionalism. The management would stand at the clock out machine at the end if the shift and if there was still work to be done they would demand an excuse as to why we weren’t staying for overtime. They would purposely give out large assignments right before end of shift to essentially force employees to do overtime. Never any recognition given for good work
