      Emphasizes teamwork Good working environment Good support from company leadership Company is transparent about operations Excellent benefits, including free lunch every day!

      Cons

      Can be a little overwhelming learning to document your time when first learning the processes in place at first, but the systems in place do have a logic.

      Lenny and Mary are top notch; Some of the benefits are really nice, your clients are generally good

      Cons

      The Ownership/Cathy. The ownership micromanages you from Arizona. Cathy spends 2/3rds of her time not in Illinois but has 100% of the time micromanaging everything. She has serious trust issues and will not let anything go. She will let you go without prior warnings and without reason, lacks loyalty and basic human empathy. Expect to last <2 years

      We're very sad to see this posting. We invest a lot of time communicating with our teams, but it seems we have fallen short. The IT Director is personally engaged with his team daily, and has expressed his sadness at this posting. He has asked the senior management team to assist in reviewing our communication efforts when a team member in his department is struggling to perform his/her job.

      Pros

      This is a fast paced environment where you get to work with a ton of different technologies and great team members. Teamwork is a very big part of this job. I love all the people and clients i work with.

      Cons

      Some days can be pretty tough when stuck on larger issues. But thats where the teamwork comes in and we get past it.
