      Pros

      The staff employees are very competent and knowledgeable regarding the industry they serve. They are also personable and friendly to work with.

      Cons

      Cathy and Larry Wendt, who own the company, are incompetent employee managers. They, at times, treat their employees very poorly. Compliments are few and far between; criticisms are abundant. Benefits are abysmal.
