Thank you for your feedback. Managers try to assess workloads to do the best they can to shift work priorities. We know we aren’t always perfect, but certainly we try. Our firm like many others has employees leave but our overall retention rate is at 98%. Our HR team, leadership team and c-suite take recruitment and talent very seriously and are always available to discuss. As part of off boarding – exit interview documentation is taken and feedback loops are provided to managers and leaders to ensure continuous improvement. Thank you. CI

Pros

Overall, it provided an opportunity to learn about new things and industries. The culture can be fun and energetic (very dependent on the office). Friendly co-workers.

Cons

Compensation was initially bad but improving. Expectation to work long hours for long periods of time, instead of hiring more people to better manage the workload. Then, when engineers work the long hours, it's simply 'part of the job' or 'required to meet project needs'. At times, felt like seniors were oblivious to what was happening in the office.

Our HR team regularly conducts such audits. We also understand that projects may at times require additional hours to meet overall project deadlines. Regular feedback with your manager is essential to align staffing per project. If an employee feels that doesn’t work – we also have processes in place to assist as well.
