      Can't say much is bad in my experiance. Having to build up pto is kind of a pain. But understandable.

      The people you work with are great. There are plenty of opportunities here to grow. Schedules are flexible.

      Cons

      The leadership is lacking and don't provide much guidance. If you're not a self starter, you'll feel lost. There are good people here that could help, but they are so swamped, it feels like you're a burden when you ask for help.
