One of the worst SAP body shopper..it is not a company

Pros

I don't see any.Thank God,finally I came out of this company.

Cons

1.Life threatening,especially they play with the emotions of the SAP consultants 2.No on time payment,simply switch the parent company..ACS,XEROX,Softek etc for their own interest but this company(so called) is not worth for a cent 3.No professional ethics...can't stay there even a single day without billing 4.No Job security at all...the management pull all their relatives to US from India and made arrangements to get the salaries from the above said companies

Pros

Driven, smart, forward-looking and generally decent people in leadership.

Cons

Post-divestiture, it is an up-hill climb overcoming years under ownership of Affiliated Computer Services, which understood nothing about building an SAP consulting business...bad hangover!

Pros

if you are in project then you can learn new technology related things for a ceratin time

Cons

No job security. There is no difference between permanent and contract employees. Highly disorganized. Management behaves like Nazi rule. Too much interferance in your personal life. If you are decent worker then this is not the place to work.
