Pros

Nice office, pleasant surroundings, clean. If you like working on Windows software, you'll be in your environment. Very comprehensive software testing department.

Cons

CEO is a lunatic. Hires and fires VPs constantly. Uses people for awhile and then gets rid of them just as a matter of course. Likes the constant turnover for new ideas except for a few that he can't get rid of. Has his brother working there. Product sucks - awkward antiquated windows bag. Benefits are terrible.
