Pros

The benefit package was very strong. Pay was average, so total compensation package was okay at best.

Cons

Poor Management. Many in leadership roles were very young and inexperienced, and it showed. Very little growth.

Pros

Pay arrives on time. Medical and Retirement Benefits from day 1.

Cons

Pay is non-competitive, benefits and compensation are tens of thousands short of competitors. Raises are non-existent. 401k benefits are lacking. Office staff fails to effectively communicate. Emails will almost always go unanswered. Company doesn't value field employees and lacks drive to retain workers.
