Pros

System edge recognized my ability of growing through my career, technical abilities and guided me towards greater success. I found my current employers to be humble, supportive, and Goal oriented. Hence their repetitive feedback helped me growing.

Cons

I couldn't find much about these in my experience.

Pros

They are into third party hiring only . They pay you if they receive their money from client ie.PWC . PWC have no respect in Domestic Market . Bunch of cheats .

Cons

PWC is chased by emami kolkata as a thief . They are totally non knowledgeable . Stay away .
