      Good place to work but bad health insurance.

      Pros

      Working close to home as a contractor for the company. Decent pay for work performed. Flexible on vacation and overtime.

      Cons

      Health insurance is extremely expensive and no 401k match. As a contractor you never see anyone from the office including your supervision.
