      Good benefits. Interesting industry. Varied job duties.

      Priced itself out of market, heavy almost sole focus on sales, customer is “enemy” mentality, high personal expenses Poor hardware makes fieldwork twice as hard Rampant Frat / high school mentality and environment

      Thank you for taking the time to post. I want to respond to your comment that the customer is "enemy". I do not know what office you are in but that comment is very surprising. We would not be in business if we made our customers the "enemy". Our number one goal above all else is to make our customers happy. I would like to say that this company cares very much on the experience our employees are having at work. We strive to be better and want to be the best for our customers, and our employees.       decent pay if you can upsell, if not good luck

      They work you to the bone and squeeze every bit of enthusiasm out of you, then cut your pay and leave you for dead. on to the next victim.

      Pros

      Working at System Pavers was truly a blessing and had given me countless opportunities to grow personally and professionally through seminars and leadership courses. The culture of the company is truly a reflection from the top. Both of the owners have easygoing personalities while still being extremely hardworking and inspiring. Egos in management are few and far between at System Pavers. Everyone is extremely friendly and humble, no matter the title. From corporate to the branch level, they really have the science down on what it means to be a team. Unlike some corporate jobs I've held, System Pavers doesn't treat you like a number; you feel valued and you can see the direct impact your work has on the company. A couple things I miss about working at System Pavers: The leadership training classes, bootcamp workouts at the gym, ping pong with co-workers and company outings.

      Cons

      The work load can be a bit hectic during the busy season, but it's only an indicator of a healthy company.
