Casual atmosphere, some really good people, quality workmanship

Cons

You are expected to sell immediately , if you dont ,you will be treated like a boot. No Sales then expect waterboarding- especially if you did not sell 1 of 3 leads you were given. They are on Craigslist perpetually churning and burning.

Pros

Some of the people you meet are genuinely very nice people. They also offer a gym.

Cons

The entire corporate office feels like you took a time machine back to high school. A lot of bullying, back stabbing, and a great deal of favoritism that happens in those walls. The marketing department acts as the ruler of all departments and creates a very hostile environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

you better produce non-stop from the minute you hit that sales floor, or you will get squeezed out very quick. Even if you've gone a long time produces some of the best numbers in the company, if you have one bad month, you will be packing your bags.

I have witnessed many examples of the company caring about our employees but for you to feel differently, then we have more work that needs to be done to prove otherwise. If you are having a slump in sales, please speak with your sales manager for help or take advantage of the great trainers who work in our sales training department.
