Pros

Flexible, Fully remote, usually can get time off when needed or if something comes up. Manager is great & caring.

Cons

Not a lot of career opportunities. I know its possible, but they don't come up much. Being fully remote actually became kind of hard over time, as you don't get to know your co-workers really well.
