      Pros

      Ability to positively impact people's lives by improving their living spaces. Ability to be creative. Supportive colleagues and the strength of a long-tenured and financially stable company. Financial upside.

      Cons

      As a Design Consultant working evenings and weekends. Pace can be very hectic, especially in the summer. Have to be able to self-sustain financially for a while before income becomes steady.

      I basically get to make my own schedule. Great work environment.

      A Friendly Positive Work Environment

      Pros

      Reasonable benefits and flexible work hours when needed. Clean and fresh work environment where they try very hard to set you up with what you need for success and there really never a dull moment. Most of the employees have a very positive and warm attitude and there is a lot banter.

      Cons

      There is a clear and solid groove that has been established (not necessarily a con but can be a bit draining creatively). There is no squat rack in the gym.
